How ImmuNovus handles information collected through this website and early-access forms. This is our company policy for the public site. It is not a substitute for a counsel-reviewed agreement covering clinical data or enterprise contracts.
What this policy covers
This policy covers information you provide through immunovus.com and related early-access or contact forms hosted for ImmuNovus. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or products and services that are not yet generally available.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect what you type: typically name, email, organization or hospital affiliation, role or specialty, the topic you selected, and your message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers on this site today.
How we use it
We use form submissions to reply to you, route your message to the right person, and keep a record of early-access interest. We may use aggregated, non-identifying traffic patterns to keep the site working. We do not sell personal information. We do not put you on a promotional mailing list you did not ask for.
Form delivery
Contact and early-access forms are delivered through FormSubmit to ImmuNovus email. That service processes the submission so we can receive it. Do not put passwords, payment details, or personal health information in a form.
Health and clinical information
This website is not a clinical service and is not set up to receive or safeguard patient data. Do not send personal health information, medical records, or identifiable patient details through these forms.
Retention
We keep contact and early-access messages as long as needed to respond and manage ongoing conversations, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your requests
You can ask what personal information we hold from site forms, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention needs. Email tomas@immunovus.com with the address you used and a short description of the request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these forms.
